Survey Feedback

Everyone today wants some feedback. How are we doing is a question that we encounter from so many organizations wanting to know if they are meeting the expectations of the client. Is this revolution being driven by ever increasing quality and attention to details of customer service. I think that a different mechanism may be in play.

Let's do a survey because we can! The electronic revolution of Web 2.0 has made it so easy for us to ask every question that can be imagined about even the simplest of services or transaction now is almost always followed by an email request to complete a brief online survey.

Do these people know the definition of brief?
